The problem is two fold. When FTST release was announced there was also
a newsletter listing announced by WG with a request to sign up for it if
there were questions and it was where announcements would be made.

Also everyone (well most people) figure that its so closely integrated
with TMG that thats where they are putting the questions. Makes sense
to me.
