Subject: [FTST] Vertical scroll bar inside Picklist

While in the picklist, I noticed that when I put my mouse pointer over the
down arrow of the vertical scroll bar, it suddenly changed to an up arrow,
and started to scroll the list upwards. Note I did not click the mouse,
just hovered over the down arrow.

Even stranger, I noticed that when I click to this email while editing,
then click back to the picklist window, the up-down arrow changes back to a
down arrow.

Does this happen to anyone else? This is not happening consistently for
me, so I can't tell if I did something in particular to cause it.

I have a LogiTech optical mouse, which may or may not have something to do
with this.
