Go the HP website and see if they have a new driver for you. I find that
whenever I make changes and it does not work, it is usually a driver update
I missed.... especially when I change operating systems.

I attempted to print an ancestor chart from FTST on my HP Deskjet 720C
printer. The screen showed that the chart was being sent to the printer, but
nothing printed. When I tried to print from other programs, they wouldn't
print because the ancestor chart was blocking the print queue. In the
printer
settings I attempted to purge the print queue and everything purged except
the FTST ancestor chart. Not even turning off the computer and printer
removed it from the queue. I finally had to uninstall my printer and
reinstall it in order to gain control of my printer. I wonder if there may
be
a conflict between FTST and the HP 720 driver. Has anyone else encountered
this problem with FTST?
