VCF prints your entire chart, whether or not part of it is blank (how would if know if you want holes in the chart when you paste it together or not?)
If the problem is your chart "canvas" is bigger than needed, use Tools/Diagram/Resize to Components to reduce the canvas size to snugly fit the chart.
If the problem is that some lines are longer than others, so some parts of the rectangular chart are blank but other areas above/below or to left or right are in use, then VCF will print the blank pages so you will have a complete chart, unless you specify specific pages to print in the Print screen.
