Have you looked at the "blank" page on the center right? Is it possible that a thin line, maybe a pixel or two, of the shadow is printing on it? If not, I assume that the page break routine is either counting some some non-printing component or is not allowing for the zero margin.

Have you tried printing with boxes or lines that actually cross the "zero-margin" edge of the paper? Do they print right up to the edge, or stop short? If they stop short, there could be a problem between VCF and the printer driver that keeps the margin from actually being zero even though it's set that way. It would probably be easiest to see this if a box with text crossed the page edge, so you could see if any text was missing.

BTW, the chart is as generated by FTST, that is you didn't delete anything to the right of the last boxes that show, right? I don't think this is the issue, but ask because it's possible to delete boxes and connecting lines and leave the node that connects the line segments, which would not normally be visible.
