I don't understand the problem. Went to Bryan's site and went to Debi
Desktop. Right-clicked (With IE) on the download link and selected
'Save target as'. Didn't need to enter the name. Clicked OK to the
download dialog. The file was downloaded to my download folder.
Dragged the file to the FTST folder. Looked and the file had '.txt'
tacked onto the name so I renamed and scrubbed the '.txt' and now had
a .lo file. Ran FTST and loaded the Debi's Desktop layout.

The .lo file is just a text file with the specs for the layout and
must be named (filename).lo.
