The experiences so far have been such that with a number of brands of
printer Epsom, Canon, Lexmark and HP that various of their drivers have
been defective in minor ways that are any seen when making graphical
requests to their drivers. Differences in fonts, inability to render grey
text and crashing are some of the problems experienced.

That being said I did say "usually" when you might have agreed with "quire
often". BTW: there is an outstanding (over 18 months) HP wide format NT4
printer driver problem that gives a blue screen of death and which HP is
apparently uninterested to fix.

Mind you - TMG / FTST / VCF do pretty well when producing large format
charts. I can show you about 6 other genealogical packages that can't
control these wide format printers correctly (when they claim to).

Have a good weekend - sunny, 24 C, bright blue sky, and a TMG users BBQ!
