You can highlight people and search for them on the web, import other data
sets to see them in the context of yours without merging, use more powerful
accents and picklist filters, and a number of other things. As you say,
the charting tools also have a number of features like rescaling and
repaginating (plus and hourglass chart) that are not available in TMG.

You can't make changes in FTST. It is a read-only add-on tool for TMG (and
other programs).
