Hi Gary,
just a thought:
I had a problem yesterday that neither TMG nor FTST would print a primary marriage tag, but the non primary Engagement tag for that couple instead. After nearly ripping my hair out, it turned out that somehow the tag was primary for the husband but not for the wife and for some reason wouldn't print for either. Marking it primary for the wife solved the problem.
Maybe your problem is similar. Did you check that the marriage tags are primary for both principals?
