Try the following although it will not entirely give you what you want:
(1) turn the paper to landscape orientation in Page Setup.
(2) increase the spacing between generations to make each generation go
onto a separate row of pages.
(3) decrease the width of boxes to cause the width of the total chart to
reduce.
There are other ways of making the chart more squat, but they involve some
tedious manual editing - I have previously wished for some additional
selection and layout controls that would make this process easier. The most
important of these is to be able select a person's descendant's tree and
move it as a single unit - you can do this now but it is easy to make an error.
