Thanks to Lance and Debbie for their suggestions. I have tried both but still get the same error message. Since FTST is the only program I cannot install, I assume I have a bad disk and will either get a replacement or refund. I installed TMG with no problem and it is not worth the hassle and if FTST is this buggy maybe I should get a refund and forget about it. Thanks again.Get more from the Web.
