Hello group,

I am a recent purchaser of FTST, after the initial install I had a "good
play" with the program and was impressed with the circle and fan chart
capabilities. I have encountered 3 problems which ATM Tech. Supp. cannot
help with, I have sent them screen shots of the problems and I am told that
the programmers will look into it.

Problem 1. When I created my first fan chart I had one box only on the
chart where the print would overlap the line of the box, even with just the
name and Birth-Death year entered, I was using lower case for the text. I
did find that when I change the name to an upper case surname it cured the
problem.

Problem 2. When I first loaded the program I had a dotted grid as the
background on screen, I now have that and a dashed line grid which makes it
hard to see the details on screen, I cannot get rid if this dashed line
appearance.

Problem 3. When I use the "Zoom to fit" option the page on screen becomes
covered in black squares, it's almost impossible to see the chart.

I have uninstalled & reinstalled the program, removed all the .rpt files in
the reports folder. There are no other programs running in the background at
all so it can't be a conflict, I'm using Windows 98 SE. I would be very glad
to hear from anyone who might be able to help. I am beginning to think I
have a defective program disk.
