Do you have the accents turned on? Check the radio buttons at
the top of the Accent Definition screen. The colors you have defined
will show in this window even if the selection is "Accent OFF". On the
remote chance that you did actually lose them, I would suggest that, in
the future, you always save your accent configuration under a name other
than the default. You can actually save as many variations as you like.
Then you can "Load" the saved versions according to whatever you are
working on. This is very helpful when switching data sets or even when
changing the focus of your activity within a project.
