Not really any good ideas. Assuming that D:\ is your CD-ROM drive, and that it works for other CDs (you did say you just installed TMG4), it rather sounds to me like there is a problem with the CD. I'd take it out and look for a physical problem, or something on the surface of it. You might try looking at the CD with Windows Explorer and see if it can read at least the file names. Also, there may be a Readme or something on the CD that's not compressed - see if any if anything like that will
open. Failing that, unless someone has a better idea in the meantime, I'd contact Wholly Genes Monday and see what they say.
