Hi Ken.
I cannot help with your problem but I recently purchased the software and
had problems with it not performing correctly. I contacted their Tech
Support and they were amazingly quick and very helpful. It took them over a
week to sort it out and we must have exchanged about 15 e-mails over the
week. In the end they sent me a new .exe file to replace the one installed
by the cd rom. I installed this file and the program now works perfect. Hope
this helps.
