Although Ron O'Neil answered that he needed to get a replacement for the
EXE, there isn't a general incompatibility here. FTST has been
successfully installed and run on thousands of XP systems. Of course, if
it turns out that the CD was damaged in the mail or we need to replace it
for whatever reason, then we will be happy to do that.
Before tech support opens on Monday, however, you can try something
else. I'd suggest trying to simply _copy_ the contents of the CD into a
new folder on your PC. If it doesn't even copy successfully, then that
suggests that the disk is damaged or that there's a problem with the
drive. If it does copy successfully, then try to run SETUP.EXE from the
hard drive (installing into a different folder).
Let them know at if that doesn't work and they''ll
take good care of you on Monday.
