The only limits to FTST for what you have in mind are imposed by your
computer. This includes the amount of storage you have available on your
hard drive, the speed of the computer, and the amount of RAM memory
available. Also, to some extent, the size of the databases that intend to
combine in a single project. If the average size is say 2000 persons then
the combined project would have 60,000 persons which would probably not be
a great strain on your system. On the other hand, a combined project of an
average of 5,000 persons each (150,000 total) might cause some strain if
your system is more than about two or three years old.
