Hello Bonita.

Below is the very quick reply that I received from Bob Velke.

The two file formats are not compatible. You can run both programs at the
same time, however, and drag the older chart and drop it onto a blank
canvas on the newer one. Then save the new chart as a VC2 and it has been
converted.
