Not to mention TMG itself, which uses x for Exit as a shortcut.

Sure, C for Close, to which Microsoft seems to be moving (Access, IE). But,
with the exception of FTST, all the Windows applications I have which use
Exit (WP, Quicken, AOL, PKZip), have the underscored 'x'. It would seem to
be the convention for Exit.
