Check for omission of that character in the Print Preview. If present, then
you have a printer driver problem. You will need to get the latest HP
driver for that printer for XP. If the character is missing in the print
preview then you may have found a bug (unlikely as I have done hundreds of
charts and not seen the problem). To check this, you can try printing the
chart to another printer. It is most likely that the problem will not
appear with another printer.
