Subject: [FTST] FTST and XP Home updates

I have just had a call from a new user of FTST (a downloaded version) on XP
Home who is getting consistent Blue Screens. Does anyone know of issues
here or is it a problem for Wholly Genes support? I have not seen this kind
of problem reported before.

It sounds to me as if either the XP is corrupted or the FTST install has
not completed properly.
