Robin,
EVERY BSOD, I have seen in XP has been related to Drivers.
I would have them do a thorough run down of the system componets
and go tot he vendor sites to look for updated XP drivers.
It would be nice to know what the BSOD error said, XP's are a little
more verbose and usually it will tell you what subsystem is the cause
of the error.
Most of the BSODS have releated to video or sound drivers.
