Greetings,

I'm using Family Tree Super Tools Visual Chartform V 2.0.

I can open files that I've created within the last week or two without
problem.

When I attempt to open files I created several months ago, I am greeted with
"Unexpected File Format" and I am unable to open the file.

I've tried some obvious workarounds .... even installed the software on
another computer .... to no avail.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
