Have you in the meantime upgraded FTST from version 1.0?
The VC2 file format changed between versions of FTST (as far as I can
remember). There is no way to open those older files except use the
original version of Visual Chartform. There is no version conversion for
those files. So you need to install the first version FTST again to be able
to read those files. You had better place a support request with Wholly
Genes about this as I suspect that you will need to un install your current
version, re-install the older version, etc. It would be better if they
guided you through this process.
Another thought, have you also got TMG5 installed on the same computer?-
TMG5 uses a later version of Visual Chartform than FTST, but when you try
to open a VC2 file you might be using the VCF from TMG5.
