Go to www.british-genealogy.com where you will find 3 TMG related lists
(UK, Australia and Visual Chartform).

I have never used Kinko's but I suspect that you are have one of two problems:
a. Kinko's doesn't handle custom pages correctly or your settings are
outside of their printer's capabilities, or
b. you need to extra space to your custom page size (typically 3/4" on each
side) - the chart size that VCF gives you does not include the
non-printable region of each page - margins in VCF are asserted inside the
printable region.
