You could begin your search by checking out books like *Burke's
Peerage* or *Cokayne's Complete Peerage* and see if there is a
Falconer family listed. [For more details, read the a.t.r. FAQ at
http://users.uniserve.com/~canyon/atrfaq.htm or the s.g.m. FAQ (I've
temporarily forgotten its URL but a quick search of DejaNews or even
of the s.g.m. news group will undoubtedly yield the FAQ).

Alternatively, you might want to consider posting this question in
either <soc.genealogy.medieval> or <alt.talk.royalty>. In both of
these newsgroups, there are people who might be able to help you (for
example, historians, Jacobites, genealogists, etc...). Note, however,
there is *a lot* of traffic in a.t.r. at the moment because of the
sudden death of the Princess of Wales.
