Hi. I couldn't find your Champagne/Daviau marriage in the Loiselle Index but
I did find this (which you probably already have):

Joseph Champagne (Jos. & Francoise Daviau)
m. 25 Jun 1838 N.D. Montreal
Therese Hamelin-Richelieu (Fran. & Therese Larocque-Losier)

In the index, for every surname they list the associated "dit" names. There
were over a dozen for Champagne, but surprisingly no mention of Lefoureur.
Hope I'm not making things even more confusing. Annie
