Hello All,

We have been able to acquire a number of copies of a very
interesting CD-ROM atlas of Latvia.

It is available at a reasonable cost to anyone who would
like to acquire it.

The atlas if very interesting because it is based on Russian
defense-department mapping from the late 80's. It has been
updated to include new roads, etc.

The atlas also shows distances along roads - the user simply
sets up a route.

The detail available is quite fantastic - down to block level
in cities and towns - all the way up to the entire country
in one view.

The atlas runs on IBM type microcomputers with a CD-ROM drive.
This includes quite a large number of laptop computers.
