About the CD:
Both Type II and Type IV search procedures are used on this CD-ROM. (Type
II: Searchable indexes linked to original page images. Type IV: "Every
word" searchable text with links to original page images)
As a consequence of this, the following features are affected:
Cut and Paste, Cut and Copy, Save As, Highlighters: These features apply
only to the index portion of the CD-ROM and those records which are in Type
IV format (largely Barnstable County) the Type II portions are graphical
images Since these page images do not exist
as text, they cannot be manipulated as such.
Printing: You may print individual image of pages (but not portions) to a
dot-matrix or laser printer.
System Requirements:
IBM/Compatible: 386 or better, minimum; mouse; 4MB RAM, 3MB hd space, VGA
monitor, Windows 3.1 or later.
