I've never said I accept the Solomonic claim of the Ethiopian Imperial
family. In fact, I may be as skeptical as Todd or anyone else about
the claim. I merely asked Todd to defend his declaration that the
claimed descent is untrue.

You say you are eager to "get back to work on real genealogy." But,
surely a commitment to accuracy is essential to "real genealogy" and
all other scientific endeavors.

I concur with your sentiments about this discussion, however. I doubt
that Todd will admit his error; so, I will not continue to try to
persuade him to do so.

I wish you, Todd, and everyone else interested in medieval and ancient
genealogy true success in all your labors!
