There will be an article appearing in the Oct-Dec. 2004 issue of "The
Virginia Genealogist" on the ancestry of Philip Pendleton (1654-1721) of
Virginia. This article will discuss all of the known ancestors of Philip
Pendleton, including Simon Dethicke ( - 1543). Primary sources have been
included for most branches of this family.
If you have an immediate interest in Simon Dethicke, contact me privately
and I can provide you with either a copy of my abstract of his will or a
scanned copy.
