I thought I replied in a personal message that the website has moved
to kennethharperfinton.com

The issues are nearly a year behind, but the 2003 issue is now
complete and almost ready for the printer. I have been publishing just
once a year, as my other interests take lots of time and I have little
time for this journal. I do not subscribe to the group any longer and
only occassionally check the Google archives to see is anything new
has arisen.
