No sorry it isnt ......... religious record keepers dont want to know
as much info as a government does Its only for baptismal records
that the religious records require parents names

The BDM Registry can supply what info it has . If the incumbent at the
time didnt sent into the Registry all the info for an event after
1855 its a bit hard to blame the Registry
