Following in the fine shoes of a very distant cousin by marriage -

I wonder why the original question wasn't asked at the local post office??

and then I wonder why the IRC - international reply coupon was simply
confused?

- and then I wonder why?? why oh why rhese days we consider the legality of
passing on stamps between NZ and Oz -

suck it and see?

suggestion - go buy about $1.50 worth of NZ stamps - send them off and I'm
sure the combined post-offices will get the envelope from NZ back to Oz -
to the person who originally started the postage - and they can cop the
excess??

Is this near the anniversary of humour on genanz? - I hope so - Pat and
Pearl are sorely missed these days -

The net is great and grating - but we have telephones? and may be able to
ask local postmasters these questions?

goodnight
