I have further information regarding the request for exhumation ...

You will have to complete, and file with the county's probate court, an 'Application
of Disinternment' to get legal permission to exhume a person. The Judge in the county
will then issue permission. The Application of Disinternment should be written by a
lawyer practicing in the county of the exhumation (legal fees: $200). Then, it must
be signed by the requester, notarized, and submitted to the county's probate court
office.
