Dear Fellow Researchers,
As a new subscriber to the DNA/Genealogy list, my first email was from Paul
Cuni regarding the MUMMA family. As I have three PROVEN Revolutionary
Ancestors, Jacob Groff/Grove, Jacob Hess and Christian Orndorff, I am most
interested in the participants you had for the DNA testing and ask that I
may be included, please.
For clarification of my MUMMA ancestry...Elizabeth MUMMA, daughter of Jacob
MUMMA, SR. (my 4th gr grandfather) married Christian Ebersole Houser, 27 Nov
1809. Elizabeth and Christian's daughter, Lavinia married Sanuel Franklin
Grove, my great, great grandfather. (Proven)
Thank you for your kind gift of time and I would be very grateful for
information regarding the list of participants. As a side bar, as a retired
Social Worker, I have used DNA testing many times to prove parentage of
minor children and am so grateful for this technology. I believe we are
only at the beginning, however, of its potential.
Regards,
Margaret Grove Driskill
