Not at that locus, but at DYS385a my brother (kit no. 737) has a two step
mutation, the only mutation out of nine participants who otherwise match
12/12 and 25/25 for those who have the extended marker testing (which
includes my brother). We have a confirmed great grandfather with another DNA
participant (kit no. 736). My brother's testing has been done twice to
confirm this. Kit No. 735 descends with these two from the same gg
grandfather.
