I have been lurking and am learning so much. Thank you all. My brother's
Y-DNA is:

391 11
385a 15

389-2 31

Is it correct that this is a European haplotype? In order to test for NA in
my paternal line, is it correct that my father's sister's daughter or
granddaughter could do this with mtDNA testing. I know, you are probably
thinking I haven't really learned a lot, with such elemental questions :o)
