There's a paper by Nebel et al which includes haplotypes for a number of
different haplogroups. They studied ~500 samples in the Middle East, and
modal haplotypes will probably be different in other populations. For
example, the modal haplotype for Haplogroup 1 is 14-12-24-11-13-13 in
Wilson's paper (http://www.pnas.org/cgi/reprint/98/9/5078.pdf), but it is
14-12-24-13-12 in Nebel's paper. (DYS order 19,388,390,391,392,393)
