No, all you can do is enter the values for markers you do have in common. You
will need to convert your DYS389 values: add 3 to DYS389i to get DYS389i,
then add that value to DYS389ii-i (two minus one) to get the value for DYS389ii.
For example, if you Oxford Ancestors values were 10 and 16, you would enter 13
and 29 into the Y-STR database at http://www.ystr.org.

Some of the matches you find would disappear if the Y-STR database used more
markers. That's true for people with results from any of the testing
companies.
