Note that is speculation and not fact.
The mutation 16519C is ignored it happens all the time,
it is 16209 and 16256 that confuse the issue.
So this is a rare haplotype - which is good if you want close matches that
places your relatives in the last 1,000 to 2,000 years and bad if
you want many matches (over the last 14.000 years)
