The last 4 bases are insertions of a short repeat pattern, ACAC. The
Cambridge Reference Sequence already has a few of those repeats in the 523 vicinity,
so it's probably an area where insertions occur more readily. I think we've
also had people with a deletion there. I suspect you have quite a rare haplotype,
so it will prove interesting if you ever find matches.
