I thought it may be time to ask what academic projects are currently underway to provide further clarification for haplogroup's, their respective subclade STR marker values and regional origins/associations.

A list of such projects would be helpful. Also I remember that at one time we were discussing the handing over of information regarding the findings of the BBC 'Blood of the Vikings' Project. Is there an update on this process as yet?
