I am new to the list and realize I have a lot to learn.

I have seen the use of cladograms and mutation plotting in many DNA study
reports. What is the list opinion on cladograms? When creating one how do
you know which marker or mutation gets precedent over the other? Are the
faster mutations plotted before the slower mutating markers?

Any opinion or information is greatly appreciated.

Thank you
Scott Kendall
