Since it is unlikely that any of the "heavyweights" will read this mailing
list, it would be very useful for someone (who claims to have contacts among
them!) to present them with Nordtvedt's interclade method of age
calculation, which eliminates any possible justification for fudge factors
("effective" mutation rates).
