It is just a little more trouble to convert to Excel. I did it from the
public pages. Click on the left corner of the spreadsheet and change
universal cell format to text. Select all and copy FTDNA table. Paste to
spreadsheet. Select destination formatting from the bug at the bottom.
Delete extraneous matter. Insert the extra columns needed next to the
multicopy markers. From data, select text to columns with "-" as delimiter.
Change universal format back to general.

When adding data to a spreadsheet, you simply reformat the data on a new
spreadsheet first, but often it is easier to copy results already on the
spreadsheet and correct a few markers.
