Dear Grandcross and Elise,
I compared the sample in question with the E-M35 Phylogeny Project database and got the following results below a distance of 35 steps:
30 N4849 Van Zyll de Jong E1b1b1 M35* E1b1b1*-Misc Netherlands
33 107420 Del Turco E1b1b1c1 M34+ E1b1b1c1*-D2 Italy
34 99813 HefnerE1b1b1a2 V13+ E1b1b1a2 Germany
34 M35anc Modal E1b1b1* M35* E1b1b1*-Misc Unknown
35 19061 Ganz E1b1b1 M35* E1b1b1*-C Romania
In any case, GD=30 is better than GD=33 (ysearch). I am adding this sample to the project. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

In case you weren't aware of it, I count 26 confirmed M-35 (E1b1b1)
participants at The E-M35 Phylogeny Project -
http://www.haplozone.net/e3b/project/cluster/5 - together with about 80
untested but predicted E1b1b1's as well. Two are from Portugal, two from
Spain, seven from Germany and nine from the U.K., just to give some idea of
national diversity. Might be worth checking this out.
