Thanks for your help with my questions. I see what you are saying now.
However, the program isn't going all the way to my end-of-line VICK ancestor.
For example, in my VICK line the output is for my 4th great grandfather even
though I have another three generations in that line in the GEDCOM. I checked,
and I can find my 5th and 6th great grandfathers using the "For whom" search,
but strangely my daughter is shown as the mother of my 7th great grandfather. I
also noticed it identifies my daughter with another person who isn't her son.
The other lines look fine. I guess the program doesn't like my GEDCOM from PAF
5.2.18.0 for that one line for some reason.

My results just show the End-of-Line ancestors. Does that fit with what
you're seeing?
