I find three old I2b2 L38+ with L181+, two from WTY results and one
commissioned test.

So L181 belongs one level upstream in Hg I tree at ISOGG

Can anyone verify L181 is put in correct position? I show a person from old
I2b2 L38+ with L181+, so I locate L181 upstream one level.

In the meantime I will contact this person and try to verify his L181+
status.
