Dear Jim,
In order to do a TMRCA estimate you must have at least 2 haplotypes.
Even with two haplotypes you can only do an intraclade estimate. You need
to find one or more people who are L644+ and then do an intraclade estimate
on the haplotypes for those people.
Sincerely,
Tim

Hi Tim:

My WTY Test Results, indicated I am the only one (so far), to test +ve for
L644. Any thoughts on what age L644 is, and where it would fit into your
summary on your previous email ?

Jim
